During this structured coaching phase of the program, I've begun laying down the foundation for the rest of my life.

Dear Jack Canfield,

I have grown quite attached to [my coach] and my weekly calls with him and will miss him terribly. However, I have comfort in knowing that the resource line is available to me and I will be sure to use it on a weekly basis at the very least.

[My coach] has such a good soul, kind heart and invaluable wisdom. And although [he] taught me a lot (much that would have taken me a lifetime to learn on my own, I'm sure), I was thrilled to learn two of the most important things in the world which are 1) that I am the one who is responsible for the results in my life, and will continue to be responsible for the results in my life; and 2) according to my Winslow profile if I don't write down a plan I get lost and distracted and give up. As a result, I've learned that I need to put as much time and effort into me and my dreams and goals as I do for my job, my children and my family. And that if things don't work out as planned, I can always start again (although it was under [my coach's] facilitation, I am the one who came up with this realization!). Finally, I need to make the changes that will allow me to focus on me.

During this structured coaching phase of the program, I've begun laying down the foundation for the rest of my life. Something I find quite interesting is that my friends and family keep commenting on how amazed they are to see me so calm and positive despite the stress of big changes in my life! A few have even asked "can you tell me again about that coaching program?!"
